Refund policy

Change of mind: if you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and you'll need to cover return postage. We'll send you the return details, then refund the price of the item once it's back with us.

Faulty or incorrect items: if your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
